“Before, people would accept whatever IT would deliver without much of a choice and either like it or hate it—but still use it. Today, they can put their videos in a private YouTube Channel, organize events [through] Facebook, subscribe their team to Slack, put their files in Dropbox or OneDrive, manage tasks in Trello and all of that is easy to do, and available from everywhere and on every device.”
